Customers can return or replace their order within 7 days of delivery.

Reverse pickup is available for most pincodes. For non-serviceable pincodes, customers must self-ship the product(s).

All returns must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Discounted products are not eligible for return.

Returns will be refused if the product appears worn, washed, or soiled.

Exchange Policy:

To exchange, initiate a return request for the product(s).

After receiving the returned item, the refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

To get the replacement sooner, place a new order for the desired product and size without waiting for the return process to finish.

Important: Returns/exchanges are not accepted for clearance sale products.
